OUR JOURNEY

A group of 50 people launched Destiny Christian Church in the year 2000. After meeting in a home for few weeks, they acquired a church building on Hyde Park Boulevard.

With the objective of helping people encounter God in a contemporary worship setting, the congregation attracted all age-groups, particularly young families.

A strong emphasis on youth and “20-Somethings" is evident in the church. 

Destiny Christian Church networks with believers in the City and region in the belief that breakthrough comes when we work together in one purpose.

The church contributes financially and spiritually to other community ministries as well as to overseas projects, believing in reaching outward to have a greater impact on the world around us.
