Our Vision And Values

VISION: Destiny Christian Church exists to help people discover their destiny in Christ .

MISSION: Our mission is to Draw people to Christ, Disciple them into maturity and Deploy them in the world.

1. We value passionate worship, upward, inward and outward  (John 4:24; Romans 12:1-2; Psalm 150)
2. We value the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit as the primary means of transformation and direction for life.  (2 Timothy 3:16-17; John 8:31-32)
3. We value God’s heart for those without Christ . . . and desire to reveal His love through the expression of our faith in the world. (Luke 15; John 3:16; Matthew 22:37-39)
4. We value the fullness of the Spirit, both the indwelling and empowering that helps us produce the gifts and fruits of the spirit, comforts us, and empowers us to be a witness.
5. We value the equipping, sending and supporting of missionaries both locally and  around the world. (Matthew 28:19-20; Matthew 9:36-38)
6. We value the unity of the church . . . We celebrate the diversity and the unique qualities of each local congregation to reach and serve people for Christ. (John 17:23; Ephesians 3:14-21)
7. We value prophetic prayer and intercession . . . both personally and corporately as the foundation for Church life and ministry. (Acts 4:23-31; Isaiah 56:7; Philippians 4:6)
8. We Value that because humankind was created in God’s image, we are responsible for bearing his image into the world in whatever gift, talent, or skill we possess (Mark 16: 15-19; Romans 12 3-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11).
9. We value stewardship . . . The giving of our time, talents, resources and finances is a basic principle in God’s kingdom. (1 John 3:16-18; Proverbs 11:25; 1 Peter 4:10)
10. We Value equality between men and women both as God’s creation and as co- laborers in the ministry. The Word attests that in Christ, “There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28–29 NRSV).
11. We value an environment where people can grow . . . In biblical knowledge, character and gifting without fear of failure or criticism. (Philippians 1:6; Colossians 1:9-12)

Our Journey

The objective was to help people encounter Jesus in a God centered, contemporary worship setting, the congregation attracted all age-groups, particularly young families.

Destiny Christian Church networks with believers in the City and region with the conviction that God sees one Church whenever He looks at an area.

Destiny contributes financially and spiritually to other community ministries as well as to overseas projects, holding to Jesus’ mandate to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature”.

• Under the Direction of its founder Pastor Ron Domina, Lifenet seeks to network churches and ministries with the purpose of extending the influence of the Kingdom of God into every sphere of culture.

Ministers Fellowship International

• Ministers Fellowship International exists to facilitate and nurture meaningful relationships among member ministers, equipping and enabling them to be more effective in their callings,for the purpose of building and multiplying strong local churches around the world.
